I’m an active person who enjoys sports and movement hobbies. After completing high school, I decided to pursue becoming a personal trainer. This career ignites my passion and allows me to make a positive difference in people’s lives, which is why I plan on doing this for the rest of my life.
If you are looking to move better or be pain free, I am the trainer for you! Over my 4 years as a trainer, I’ve come to specialize in movement. Movement comes into play not just in terms of athletic development, but also in pain management, injury prevention/rehab, and for improving overall flexibility and mobility. If you want to move better so that you can do more of the things you enjoy, I've spent my time learning how to help you do just that at Skyhook. I’ll help you build up skills, improve your capability, and overcome the things holding you back! You can learn how to do any movement skills you want--except flying. I may be good, but I’m not that good.
I’m always happy to answer any questions about movement, joint health, biomechanics, pain management, really anything related to fitness or training. So when you see me in the gym, please don’t hesitate to say hi and ask away. I love helping people and sharing the knowledge I’ve gained and want to do whatever I can to help you be the best version of yourself you can be.

Hi! I’m Heather, a certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and a proud member of the Skyhook Management Team. I earned my degree in Psychology from Western Oregon University in 2015, and I’m passionate about the connection between mental and physical health.
I specialize in Lifespan Fitness and love working with underrepresented groups in fitness, including women, children, and individuals with diverse abilities. With over 10 years of experience, I aim to create a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome—regardless of age, background, or ability.
As someone who struggled with traditional sports growing up, I found my confidence through dance, Taekwondo (I’m a black belt!), Ninja, and Silks. That journey shaped my positive, encouraging coaching style and fuels my passion for helping others overcome their own fitness anxieties.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy video games, spending time with my partner, and hanging out with our miniature poodle, Mochi. I’d love to help you reach your goals—let’s get started!

My passion for circus arts began when I was 13, after my dad took me to see Cirque Du Soleil under the big top. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced—the vibrant costumes, incredible acrobatics, performers dressed as spiders on unicycles, grasshopper people flipping on trampolines, and ants juggling giant fruit slices with their feet. It felt like a magical dream, and I never wanted it to end. That inspired me to start juggling; it seemed like the most achievable skill from all the amazing things I had witnessed. I got some beanbags and taught myself to juggle by following the instructions that came with them.
As I practiced, I discovered how good it felt for my body and mind. I began to wonder, if I can juggle, what else can I do? This sense of playful empowerment is what I aim to share with my clients. My main focuses are juggling and Aerial Silks, but I also incorporate strength training and body awareness techniques, like kettlebells and balance exercises, to help you feel good while exploring these physically demanding activities. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your dexterity and body awareness improve through circus arts. Before you know it, you’ll be asking yourself, if I can juggle or climb the silks, what else is possible? Are there really limits to what I can achieve?
Circus is about finding joy in the seemingly impossible, and all it takes is a little courage to try. Let me share my knowledge and encouragement with you!
Chloe ‘Cloach’ Titterton

Hi there! My name is Greg and I’m one of the coaches, assistant manager, and one of the awesome Personal Trainers here at Skyhook Ninja Fitness.
My passion for fitness and health started at the age of 20. Prior to consistent exercise, I had a weak and frail body that couldn’t do much and had experienced injuries on a regular basis. In an effort to build a stronger, more confident sense of self, I knew something had to change. I’ve spent the majority of my career in the fitness industry absorbing knowledge in order to improve myself physically. Now, I get to share that knowledge and help other people like you improve both physically and mentally.
If you want to work on strength & conditioning, bodybuilding, weight loss, and learning the foundations of fitness that others don’t know and/or are misinformed about that can lead to injuries. Coaching here at Skyhook has granted me the opportunity to not only assist adults but also kids/teens who are aiming to achieve their goals whether within the sport of Ninja or within any physical activity outside of Skyhook.
I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to create a better version of themselves in the most realistic way possible and I am here to get you there. Let's get to work!

Hello! My name is Matthew and I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer here at Skyhook Ninja Fitness!
I began my fitness journey about 4 years ago when my son was born. I realized that I wasn’t in the best shape and that I needed to increase my energy and strength to be able to chase after a rambunctious toddler.
Along with my desire to be an active father, my own childhood passion for ninja warrior was rekindled and I began training. I love many different forms of physical activities including ninja, parkour, bouldering, circus, boxing, kickboxing, tennis and cross training and bodybuilding. I became an ACE certified personal trainer in early 2021 so that I can provide knowledge to others that want to move pain free and with ease.
Whether you are just beginning your own fitness journey or looking to improve upon your fitness foundation, I will help you achieve your goals. I love working with adults who want to move and be able to do the fun things we have here, but don't think they can. I love seeing that moment when clients go from I want to, but don't think I can, too I can do this is a magical moment!
No matter where you are on your fitness journey, don't hesitate to talk to the front desk and get a session scheduled with me, I would be honored to help you take the first steps towards health and happiness. For yourself and for your family.
