Competitive Team program
Our team program boasts world champions and is one of the most prolific ninja teams in the nation.
While the number of podiums they have achieved is incredible, it all comes from building them up as people first, and then as athletes.
Why join a ninja team?
Ninja is an individual sport, so why a team? Our team athletes encourage, push and lift each other up to reach their potential, building character and confidence along with strength and skill.
A crew to grow with
The same group and the same coaches every week, so athletes train harder and more consistently.
Focused practice
1.5-hour practices that rotate between ninja, parkour and climbing, with every 4th practice a mock competition on a new course.
Growth beyond the gym
Team builds resilience and confidence for life, and older athletes mentor the younger kids.
Find your team
Three teams, one path. Athletes start where they fit best and move up as their skills and confidence grow.
Team Ember
Our entry-level team for athletes who want competition experience without the pressure.
Athletes train in 3 groups by size and age.

Competitions: 2–4 WNL comps a year

Team Flame
For athletes ready to compete and push themselves further.
Two groups of 10, plus weekly course runs.
Practice: Mon & Wed, 6:30–8:15pm · Fri course runs, 6:20–7:45pm
Competitions: WNL + regional comps

Team Inferno
Our most advanced team, made up of the top 10 athletes in the program.

How to join the team
Team is a one-year commitment, from September to September. Here’s how to get started.
1
Come to tryouts
Tryouts and sign-ups happen every September.
2
Missed tryouts? Train with us
Take classes with Coach Gavin, head of our team program, and let him and the front desk know you’re interested.
3
Get your spot
We add athletes during the season when they’re ready and a spot is open. Joining mid-season? The cost is prorated.
* Team spots fill up fast and often have a waitlist, so we recommend reaching out early.
quick answers
There is a rolling entry for the team program if an athlete is skilled enough, shows interest, and space is available. The cost of the program will be pro rated to the duration of the season (try outs and sign ups are in September)
If you want to join the program outside of the normal tryout window, take some classes with Coach Gavin, the head of our team program, and let him and the front desk know you are interested in joining the program. While we can't make any promises, as the program is often wait listed, we try our best to create opportunities for kids who work hard and try their best.
Team and Team prep is a year long commitment.
We usually host a 2-4 WNL competitions a year that are mandatory for Team and Team prep kids. The kids on our team program are expected to participate in regional competitions as well and are expected to be focused on competitive performance.
