Information you give us

• Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email, phone number, and anything you include in your message, such as event details or group size.
• Bookings and memberships: when you book a class, trial week, party, camp or membership, you do this through our booking provider, Mindbody. This includes your name, contact details, the athlete’s name and date of birth, emergency contacts and payment information.
• Waivers: waivers are signed on a separate service run by our waiver provider, not on the Site. That service collects participant names, dates of birth, contact details and emergency contacts, and handles them under its own privacy policy.
• Camp forms: for camps, we collect food allergy and medical information and a list of adults authorized to pick up your child, so we can keep campers safe.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages you visit, how long you stay, and the website or ad that brought you here.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and event requests
• Book and manage classes, trial weeks, memberships, parties, camps and competitions
• Keep participants safe, including waivers, medical and allergy information, and authorized pick-ups
• Send you updates about your bookings, and occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time
• Understand how people use the Site and measure how well our ads work, so we can improve both
• Meet legal, safety and accounting requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run Skyhook, and only as needed for them to provide their service:

• Mindbody: class and event booking, memberships and payments
• WaiverKing: online waivers, signed and stored on their own platform
• Webflow: hosting the Site and processing contact forms
• Mapbox: the interactive map on our Contact page
• Google Analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta: understanding Site traffic and measuring our ads

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law, to protect the safety of our members and staff, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use it, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, such as booking widgets, may not work properly without them.

Many of our athletes are kids, but the Site is meant for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Information about children, such as names, ages and medical details for camps, is provided by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without a parent’s consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Waivers and safety records may be kept longer for legal and insurance reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are processed by our booking provider, not stored on the Site. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Your information: you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child. Some information we may need to keep, such as signed waivers and payment records.
• Account details: you can update your booking profile at any time through your Mindbody account.
