Every Obstacle Is a Lesson.

This is where play turns into progress. Kids work toward new skills week after week, learning what it takes to set a goal and accomplish it.

3-5 Year old classes

Little Ninja Class

Little Ninjas is a confidence and coordination building class that introduces and develops the foundations of Parkour, Climbing and Ninja Warrior in a safe and structured environment.

‍

‍

These classes incorporate a wide range of developmental levels. Students learn patience and control through structure and positive reinforcement. Curriculum was developed in coordination with Dr. Lynn Knope, one of Skyhooks owners and a psychologist specializing in early childhood development for the last 25+ years.

‍

If your child has recently turned 3, you should expect to be out on the floor with them during class. The developmental difference between a 3 and 4 year old can be large, and while some 3 year olds can handle being in class by themselves, not all can. On average, it takes a fresh 3 year old about 3 months of weekly classes to be able to participate without parents on the floor with them.

Bridge Program:

5-8 Year old classes

Helping "Bridge" the gap between our little ninja program, and our bigger kid classes.

The bridge program

This program was created to serve two populations who were struggling in our Little ninja program. Some kids who started training at Skyhook the day they turned 3, have outgrown our little ninja program by the time they turn 5. Some 6 year olds werent quite ready to take our big kid classes when they turned 6, and continued to take little ninja classes. This program was started for them!

Who qualifies?

Before moving into Bridge Ninja, a child must:

‍

- Be at least 5 years old.

- Have completed at least 8 Little Ninja classes.

‍

‍

  • - Receive coach approval from a coach or Sr. coach to move up. Jr. Coaches are not currently eligible to make this call.

Bridge Ninja Trial

Once a child has completed the Little Ninja requirements and received coach approval, they may take one Bridge class at no charge. This allows the child and family to experience the Big Ninja environment before committing to a different membership. The complimentary Bridge Ninja class is a one-time trial. After that trial, the child must have one of our eligible non-Little-Ninja memberships to continue participating in Big Ninja classes.

Bouldering

Bouldering is one of the newest sports in the olympics and has been growing steady for years. This discipline of climbing will have you navigating your way through hand crafted routes set by our amazing route setting team. No ropes are needed here, the walls range from 12-15 ft fall and have nice cushy pads underneath to make the landing soft.
