Best decision we made this year
We signed up for the trial week not expecting much — and now we can't get them to leave. Both my kids are in classes and my oldest just joined the competitive team. The coaches actually know their names and what they're working on. That means everything.

LITTLE NINJAS LOVE IT!
My 3.5 yr old son LOVED his class here so we got him signed up for more. The coaches set up obstacle courses for the kids and coach them through them. My son was so proud when he tried a specific trick over again and saw improvement. I also love that their classes are flexible.

Experience of a Lifetime
My 9 year old son is having the experience of a lifetime at Skyhook Fitness. Not only does Skyhook provide a place to channel his big energy into new skills, he is learning respect and discipline. The coaches are AMAZING. They have a gift for patience with boundaries. It is the perfect place for physical and mental growth.

Yes! We host team building, corporate, school and private events for groups of up to 150+. Non-profits get 10% off.
Plan your event
We offer camps year-round! This includes all typical school break times. We have Fall break, Winter break, and Summer break options. Visit our Camps page for more information.
That’s completely okay! No strength or experience needed, as our obstacles adapt to every age and skill level. If your child needs extra support or accommodations, contact us before your visit and we’ll help you find the best way to start.
Absolutely! Each party includes 50–60 minutes of coach-led ninja fun, 30 minutes of Open Gym (ages 6+) and 30 minutes in a private party room. We handle the ninja fun, you bring the party!
Not necessarily, but everyone needs to know how to use the gym safely first. A class is the best introduction. If that doesn’t fit your schedule, contact us to book a quick gym intro with our staff.
It depends on how you’re here! Camps are drop-off, so parents do not need to stay. Birthday parties are staffed by our coaches, though additional parent supervision can be helpful with larger groups. During Open Gym, parents are responsible for ACTIVELY supervising their children, with a 1:3 adult-to-child ratio.
Classes are coach led, and once you are a member, you don't need to stay! That being said, we like it when families stick around to watch the first week or two; just long enough to get to know and love us, before they take off.
Everyone in the gym needs a signed waiver, including parents who aren’t using the obstacles. Before your first Open Gym, book a quick 10–15 minute intro where our staff show you the equipment and safety rules. After that, adults and green belts and up can drop in anytime, while newer kids have set Open Gym hours.
